Hector “Sick Dog” Ramírez is a retired MMA fighter with a professional record of 10 wins, including 6 by knockout, 6 losses, and 1 draw. He began his MMA career in 2003 and has been wrestling his entire life, building a strong foundation in combat sports. Today, he is the proud owner of Dog Pound MMA and Fitness in Norwalk, a small, family-run gym that represents more than just a business. For Hector, Dog Pound is a community, a family, and a place where people come to grow, train, and build lasting bonds. He is a devoted family man, he also coaches the girls’ wrestling team at John Glenn High School, where he mentors and empowers young athletes. His passion now lies in giving back—sharing his experience and helping others reach their potential.
